Description: Jackson was born in Sleepy Hollow, New York, to his Korean-born parents. He met his wife Hana while visiting relatives in South Korea and soon after married her. Both of their families greatly disapproved, citing how young the two were, but with Jackson's persuasion, Hana was able to defy her family. Afterwards, Jackson brought Hana back to Sleepy Hollow with him. She quickly came to be apart of the community and after giving birth to her son went on to finish her degree at the local University. They are currently going through a trying time after their daughter, Haneul, was kidnapped. Hana even spoke out on TV, trying to appeal to the kidnapper to return their daughter but to no avail.Jun-ho (Jackson) Seo

- Jackson was once an outstanding police officer, but he left the force years ago after an incident involving his nephew. The boy was being held at gunpoint on a roof and at the same time that he fired a shot that wounded the gunman in the shoulder, his partner and close friend shot his nephew in the head. But he does not know this. It is something he feel guilt over each day, due to not knowing whether he was the one who shot his nephew and caused the boy's disability or not.

- Is good friends with Stewart Crane and other officers of the law. He's not very social by nature, but does his best when it's needed.
- Haneul was kidnapped three months prior to the current events in Sleepy Hollow. The case has been well documented on the TV and Jackson himself has spent all of his time searching for clues of his daughter's whereabouts. Some say he's getting too closely involved with police business, no longer being an officer himself.
- When the triple homicide occurred, he was at the police station, going over files related to his daughter's case and speaking with Stewart Crane.

Hana Choi
40 Years Old. TV Writer. Suggested Face Claim: Lee Bo-Young
- Hana was born in Bucheon, South Korea, to a family with traditional values. She was a rebellious teen and ended up going against her family's wishes when she married Jackson at a young age. In Sleepy Hollow, she enrolled at the University after giving birth to Harry (Hwan).
- She has a strong circle of friends that includes Gabrielle Merwin, Elaine Lancaster, and Tiffany Ecker.
- For years, she's been a successful TV writer, garnering higher ratings and more viewership from the public. But, she has not been to work in 3 months; the same amount of time her daughter has been missing. The TV station is where her daughter was last seen after Hana had allowed a co-worker to take the child to the babysitter waiting outside.
- She is willing to do anything to get her daughter back. Hana loves her children more than her own life. When she spoke out on TV, she begged the kidnapper to take her instead after having saying she would kill the person if they harmed one hair upon her daughter's head.
- On the night of the murders, Hana was out of town. More specifically, she was in the countryside, investigating the area her daughter's backpack had been found after she was first taken. Not finding anything new, she sat defeated in her car, her head resting against the steering wheel.

Hwan (Harry) Seo
20 years old. . Suggested Face Claim: Bang Sung-joon
- Harry grew up as an only child for quite a while, but it always seemed like his cousin Ji-soo was the eldest child of the family and not him. He didn't mind sharing the attention, but has come to resent Ji-soo's mental handicap. Then came his younger sister, whom he adored.
- Is a close friend of Ava West and the Burns' twins. He does meet up with Ravi Amir from time to time, but the two are not that close.
- He calls it a long-term crush himself, but the truth is, Harry is truly in love with his friend, Lorian Burns. But she doesn't look at him that way and he's too afraid to reveal his feelings.
- Gifted with an extraordinary voice, some may say that Harry is wasting his talents by not pursuing a singing career. He often cites his reason for not doing so being that he would have to live in South Korea, a country that is foreign to him.
- He's tired of the pitiful glances people give him due to the kidnapping of his younger sister. It's been a very difficult time for him, dealing with feelings of wanting to find and kill whoever took Haneul to wishing his parents would notice that he is still around.
- Harry was not at the party on the night of the triple homicide, though he'd been invited. He was instead at home, preparing for an exam. No one else was at home, as per usual lately. He had just come out of the shower when a police officer called to say he'd picked up his cousin again. Knowing that his father was there, but too focused on all matters relating to Haneul's disappearance, he got dressed and headed over to the police department to take Ji-soo home.
